Anjali Dulwani, fondly known as Miss Loombastic, is the creative force behind Loombastic Studios. After spending over a decade in the corporate world, she followed her creative calling and turned her love for crochet into a full-time journey.

What began as a personal passion has grown into a thriving creative community, with a simple mission: to make the art of Amigurumi accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding for everyone.

Over the last five years, Anjali has taught 450+ students across India through thoughtfully designed courses, live workshops, and hands-on learning experiences. Her teaching philosophy combines structured learning, individual attention, and the joy of creating something entirely by hand.

For Anjali, crochet is more than a craft. It’s a way to slow down, express yourself, discover new possibilities, and connect with people through the simple joy of making.

Today, she continues to build a community of confident makers, inspiring people of all ages to pick up a hook, explore their creativity, and discover what a little yarn can do.

Founded in 2021 by Anjali Dulwani, Loombastic Studios is a creative space dedicated to teaching Amigurumi and crochet through structured online live courses, in-person workshops, and thoughtfully designed learning experiences.

Amigurumi 303 – The Advanced Maker’s Membership

A monthly learning experience for experienced crocheters to explore detailed collectible characters, take on new creative challenges, and continue growing together.

Plushie Amigurumi Workshop

A specialised program exploring oversized, soft plushies using blanket yarn, with a focus on construction, shaping, and advanced techniques.

Granny Square Crossbody Bag Workshop

A contemporary crochet program that transforms classic granny squares into stylish, functional accessories, complete with bag construction, lining, and zipper techniques.

Amigurumi Brooches Workshop

More Than an Academy, A Community

At Loombastic Studios, the learning journey goes far beyond completing a course.

Our students come from different cities, professions, and age groups, united by their love for handmade art. Many begin with little or no crochet experience and go on to become confident makers, start their own creative ventures, and even join our team as instructors, mentors, and studio professionals.

Through monthly Ami-Alongs, community meet-ups, creative challenges, and ongoing mentorship, our makers stay connected long after their courses are complete.

Friendships are formed, ideas are exchanged, and creations are celebrated. What starts with a crochet hook and a ball of yarn often grows into something much bigger: a shared creative journey.
