Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@loombasticstudios.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that we believe are fraudulent or do not meet these criteria.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were defective or not as described. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, within 30 business days of receiving the returned item(s). We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item(s) arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at support@loombasticstudios.com within 2 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
